Rev.
Maxine L. Thomas is a dynamic and prolific minister of the gospel of Jesus
Christ and has a ready word from on high for a ready people. She is an
ordained itinerant elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church, and
is the Connectional Director of Ministries for Women under the Dept. of
Church Growth and Evangelism for the AME Church. She is the former Editor of the
First District Flame Newspaper for the First Episcopal District of the
AME Church, and is the Assistant Pastor of St. Paul AME Church in Lexington, KY, where
her husband of 17 years, Rev. Troy I. Thomas is the pastor.
She has coordinated
Ministry events for women for more than a decade and is a gifted teacher
and preacher. She is a columnist, former radio personality, and former
Christian TV talk show host. She has authored three Christian devotional
books for women. Rev. Maxine is the proud mother of Tricia, Traci and
Trina, her most precious jewels from heaven

Rev.
Dr. Henrietta S. Fullard is an anointed and dynamic herald of the Gospel, and
one who is willing to take a bold stand in Kingdom building. She is an ordained
itinerant elder in The African Methodist Episcopal Church and is currently the
dynamic and visionary Presiding Elder of the Jamaica Long Island District of
the New York Conference in the AME Church. She was formerly the first woman to
serve as Presiding Elder of the historic Philadelphia (Mother) District of African
Methodism.
Elder Fullard is the President of the South Queens Clergy Association
and is the Campus Minister of York College. She is a former pastor as
well as a former High School principal and chemistry teacher. She is
an Educational consultant, as well as an education columnist. Elder
Fullard serves on many boards and continues to make herself available
as a servant of the Most High God.
As leaders of Sisters Keeping the Covenant, Rev.
Thomas and Rev. Dr. Fullard along with a Ministry Team of other
dynamic and anointed speakers, annually present Women’s General Assemblies regionally
throughout the United States, as well as present International Women’s
Assemblies on a bi-annual basis.
